Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Recipe

If you love Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, then you are going to absolutely love this low carb, keto version. Using Chicken as the crust,  this is the best low carb pizza you could ask for. This is going to become your go-to pizza recipe.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Recipe Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 c mozzarella
Ranch
Toppings
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 bacon slices, diced

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken and mozzarella. Form into a ball.
  3. Place a sheet of parchment paper (or a silicone baking mat) down on a flat surface and place your “crust”.
  4. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the crust and roll out into a round circle. It should be about 1/2″ thick.
  5. Place crust on parchment paper on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crust is brown and loses its moisture.
  6. While the crust is cooking, make the ranch, by combining all the ingredients and whisking until incorporated and brown the bacon.
  7. Reserve the extra ranch for dipping your chicken bacon ranch pizza into!
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and place 2 tbsp of ranch on the center of the pizza dough. Using the back of a spoon, create a circle ensuring to leave about a 1/2-3/4″ for the crust.
  9. Place one cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the ranch and then with bacon.
  10. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
  11. Broil for 1-2 minutes until the crust has browned and cheese is golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and slice.

What is the Crust Made From?

That is the beauty of this pizza crust. It is made from ground chicken. It gives you a delicious chicken bacon ranch pizza without any of the extra carbs. Not to mention it tastes fantastic.

How to Store Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

If you find that you have extra pizza, you will want to wrap the pizza in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the refrigerator. You can also put it into an airtight container before putting it in the refrigerator.

Can it Be Frozen?

If you want to make this crust or even the complete pizza ahead of time, you can freeze it. You will make the crust first and then free it after you have added the topping. If you are making this as a freezer meal, do not bake the pizza. Wrap it in plastic wrap before baking. If you have made the pizza and have extras, simply wrap the cooled pizza in plastic wrap and freeze.

How Long Will the Pizza Last

In the refrigerator, this Chicken Ranch Bacon Pizza will last up to 3 days. If frozen, this pizza will stay fresh for up to 3 months.

How to Reheat the Chicken Ranch Bacon Pizza

If frozen, let the pizza thaw in the refrigerator. To reheat, take the pizza from the refrigerator and reheat in the oven on a cookie sheet or pizza stone until it is heated through.

    AMAZING! So good and the whole family loved it. I will add more sauce next time around and probably tweak the ranch recipe a little for our personal taste. I would like to recommend that the cook time be altered to 37mins to reflect the crust cook time as well. Was not prepared for the additional 20 mins of cooking and had to push the recipe off to the following day when I attempted to make it the first go around.
