Cajun Sausage and Cabbage Skillet Recipe Ingredients
- 1 small head of green cabbage, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter or avocado oil/olive oil
- 1 pound Andouille sausage or kielbasa sausage, cubed
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 pound shrimp, precooked and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasonings
- 5 strips bacon bits, precooked

Cajun Sausage and Cabbage Skillet Recipe Instructions
- Chop the cabbage and sausage on a cutting board. Set aside.
- In a large frying pan or large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the cubed Andouille sausage until browned (about 8 minutes). Stir occasionally.
- Then add the butter or avocado oil and cabbage.
- Cook the cabbage until soft.
- Add the shrimp, garlic, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
- Add the precooked bacon.
