Best Grilled Peaches Recipe (So Juicy!)

Sometimes you just want a whole foods sweet option that won’t bust your waistline.  This is it!!

We just made the Best Grilled Peaches Recipe on the planet!  If you are practicing a low carb health plan, this is a total treat and one worth trying.

We used large white peaches in this recipe but you can use any peach you want.  You can pretty much grill any fruit you want to.

Grilling fruit not only softens the fibers but also brings out the sugars by caramelizing them.  You don’t even need to add sweeteners to it because it will be naturally sweet already.

This is something you can do while camping too!  It’s easy to bring fruit and through it on the grill.  Sometimes we pack honey sticks and sometimes we don’t.

To top off this low carb dessert option, you could add a scoop of low sugar vanilla ice cream on top of a warm grilled peach.  Or you could simply drizzle it with a small amount of heavy cream too.  I usually sweeten my heavy cream with Jordan’s Skinny Syrups because they don’t contain any sugar and they don’t leave that horrible aftertaste that most sweeteners leave.  Butter Toffee is my favorite blend.  It’s not a thick consistency like real syrup though so I usually mix it in with the skinny mix syrup.

One of the many benefits of low-carb fruit is that you get to eat more of it. Every 100 grams of peaches has . 5 grams of fiber and a deliciously low 8 net grams of carbs — a total you might not expect from something so sweet and juicy

  • 3 large peaches
  • Spray avocado oil
  • Natural honey
  • cinnamon

 

Best Grilled Peaches Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat the bbq grill over medium heat.
  2. Wash the peaches and pat dry.
  3. Slice the peaches in half and remove the seed.
  4. Spray each peach half with non stick avocado oil spray.
  5. Place each peach half on the grill faced down.
  6. Grill it for about 20 minutes and then flip them to cook the other side.
  7. Grill them until these are soft and tender.
  8. Serve warm with cinnamon, butter, honey, keto sweetener, or keto friendly vanilla ice cream!
