Keto Halloween Pumpkin Charcuterie Board

This was fun!  We just made a cute little Keto Halloween Pumpkin Charcuterie Board in the shape of a pumpkin!

Keto Halloween Pumpkin Charcuterie Board

You know how hard it is to find Keto friendly foods that are orange in color?  I did add carrots but…  don’t come at me because I have never heard of anyone gaining weight over carrots!  They are higher in carbs but they are loaded with tons of nutrients and I choose to consume them in moderation.

This board was so much fun to make and display.  It can be served with a cheese ball on the side or this amazing Jalapeno Cilantro Dip recipe.  That dip would be perfect to dip the mini bell peppers in.  Actually, we use that dip for almost everything!  We love it on hot dogs, hamburgers, salad, chips, etc…

Keto Halloween Pumpkin Charcuterie Board Ingredients

  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese
  • Sliced Carrots
  • Mini Bell Peppers (orange and yellow colors only)
  • 1 Small cucumber to be used for the pumpkin stem
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Optional Halloween Plastic toys such as spiders, bats, rats, and skeletons for decoration.

Keto Halloween Pumpkin Charcuterie Board Instructions

  1. Be sure to assemble the board right where you plan to display it.  It’s harder to move around unless you place it on a bigger cutting board ahead of time. I started with a round wooden cutting board.
  2. Use blueberries for the triangle eye shapes.
  3. Use blueberries and blackberries for the mouth shape.
  4. Outline the outside of the circle with mini bell peppers.  You can place these whole or you can slice them into strips.  Slicing them ahead of time would make it easier to dip.
  5. Next, place sliced carrots around all the open spaces until the board is fully hidden.
  6. The eyes and mouth will need to be filled in more with blueberries and blackberries.  This is easier to do once all the other veggies are placed because those veggies will help hold the shape of the eyes and mouth with boarders so they don’t roll.
  7. I sliced one mini cucumber and used that as the stem of the pumpkin.
  8. Make the Jalapeno Cilantro Dip recipe and place it near the pumpkin Charcuterie board for your guests.  They will ask you for the recipe!  Be prepared.
