  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, instant coffee powder and salt. Mix until fully combined
  2. Add the butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix the batter until it’s soft and spreadable.
  4. If the butter is melted it may seem watery. If the butter is hard it will come out dry. The butter needs to be at room temperature for it to mix together and make the perfect batter consistency. If it’s too watery, you can put it in the refrigerator to harden back up.
  5. Place the batter in the refrigerator for a minimum of 15 minutes or until the dough reaches a stiff consistency.
  6. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out each brownie bite.
  7. Use your hands to roll the ball.
  8. Store these bites in a ziplock bag or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  9. Makes 8 to 10 small brownie bites!
