Jamaican Jerk Chicken Chaffle Recipe Filling
- 1 pound organic ground chicken, browned or roasted leftover chicken finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Kerrygold butter
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Walker’s Wood Jerk Seasoning Hot and Spicy (jar type paste)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Chaffle Recipe Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, cook onion in the butter.
- Add all spices and herbs. Saute until fragrant.
- Add chicken.
- Stir in chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 10 minutes.
- Raise temperature to medium-high and reduce liquid until none is left in the bottom of the pan.
- Enjoy!
Chaffle Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 tablespoon almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- A pinch of xanthan gum
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A pinch of onion powder
