Low Carb Crispy Buffalo Wings Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 lbs wings or drumettes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Buffalo Sauce ingredients

Low Carb Crispy Buffalo Wings Recipe Instructions

  1. Season wings with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. Cook the chicken wings for 25 minutes flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
  5. Toss the hot wings inside the Buffalo sauce mixture and serve warm.
  6. Serve them with celery sticks, ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing.

Oven-Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

  1. Place chicken wings on a wire rack inside a baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes.
  2. Toss warm wings in prepared buffalo sauce and enjoy!

What to serve with Low Carb Crispy Buffalo Wings

Serving the right sides with these crispy buffalo wings is important. To stay on a low carb or Keto, you can easily use ranch or blue cheese to dip these wings in.

I also enjoy making cheesy cauliflower rice with buffalo wings. You can also chop up a bunch of veggies and enjoy these as a side. You can also just as easily roast some Keto-friendly veggies to enjoy.

How to Store Leftover Chicken Wings

When you make chicken wings and have leftovers, you can’t just store the wings just anywhere. You need to refrigerate them, to keep them from growing bacteria and mold. Pick out a few airtight containers that you enjoy working with and store the leftover chicken wings in there.

They will be good in the fridge for a few days! After 2-3 days, you should through the chicken wings away. You don’t want to accidentally give yourself food poisoning for eating bad food.

How to Reheat Low Carb Buffalo Wings

Do you need to reheat these low carb buffalo wings? You can use the air fryer to heat these wings back up! This is a really easy way to enjoy leftovers.

You can also turn the oven on to 375 and reheat these wings until they are warm all the way through. No one likes to take a bite of a cold hot wing, so keep this in mind as you are reheating.

Can you cook frozen wings in an Air Fryer?

Yes, you can.  If you want to cook them from frozen, be sure to cook them at about 250 degrees for about 6 minutes to defrost them.  Then remove the liquid from the bottom of the pan. Finish by cooking them again for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

They come out perfectly tender in the middle with a light crispiness on the outside!  Perfect!  We always add the sauce right after we pull them out of the air fryer.  It’s super easy.  I wanna say we make these at least once a week!

Can you fry Buffalo Wings?

Yes!  Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees F.  Deep fry chicken wings in oil until done the are fully done.  This will take only about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet or deep fryer and set them on paper towels to soak up the extra oil.

Can you boil Chicken Wings?
