Keto Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients

 

Keto Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies (celery, onion, cucumber)
  2. Bring water to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes per package instructions.
  3. You can place the eggs in the pasta water to cook at the same time too but remove them after 6 minutes of cooking.
  4. Rinse with cold water and then drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking, set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, dill pickle relish, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Mix until fully combined.
  7. Add the chopped hard boiled eggs and mix until creamy.
  8. Open and drain the tuna.
  9. Add the cooked pasta, drained tuna, celery, cucumber, red onion, and mix until fully combined.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
