Easy Soft Cinnamon Rolls Chaffle Recipe Ingredients

Easy Soft Cinnamon Rolls Chaffle Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, whip the egg.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Makes 2 chaffles.
  6. Divide mixture.
  7. Cook half the mixture for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Optional Glaze: 1 tbs cream cheese warmed in the microwave for 15 seconds, and 1 tbs monk fruit confectioners blend. Mix and spread over the warm chaffle.

Optional Frosting: 1 tbs cream cheese (room temp), 1 tbs room temp butter (room temp), and 1 tbs mmonk fruit confectioners blend. Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of the chaffle.

Top with optional frosting, glaze, nuts, sugar-free syrup, whipped cream or simply dust with monk fruit confectioners sugar.

    So yummy! And I only had regular Monk fruit sweetener, not the confection kind. But it was still really yummy! My little waffle maker made 3 chaffles with this recipe.
