Bacon Ranch Parmesan Zucchini Chips Recipe Ingredients
- 3 zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning (recipe below) or dry ranch seasoning mix (if you are dirty keto)
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Bacon Ranch Parmesan Zucchini Chips Recipe Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the zucchini into rounds. Thicker slices will result in more tender zucchini, while thinner will be more crispy.
- Place the zucchini on two greased cookie sheets and bake for 5 minutes, until zucchini appears somewhat dried.
- Using a basting brush, baste olive oil on the zucchini, then sprinkle the ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and chopped bacon pieces.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve as a snack or a side for burgers, fish, chicken, and more!

- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
