Bacon Ranch Parmesan Zucchini Chips Recipe

Bacon Ranch Parmesan Zucchini Chips Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning (recipe below) or dry ranch seasoning mix (if you are dirty keto)
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Bacon Ranch Parmesan Zucchini Chips Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the zucchini into rounds. Thicker slices will result in more tender zucchini, while thinner will be more crispy.
  3. Place the zucchini on two greased cookie sheets and bake for 5 minutes, until zucchini appears somewhat dried.
  4. Using a basting brush, baste olive oil on the zucchini, then sprinkle the ranch seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and chopped bacon pieces.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve as a snack or a side for burgers, fish, chicken, and more!
