- 6 large eggs
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- salt to taste and pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cracked eggs, parsley, and seasonings.
- Over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook onions until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Turn off heat and add in egg mixture and tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are a golden color.
- Top with feta cheese, and serve.
