Keto Pepperoni Pizza Roses
If you want to show you love with a recipe, this Keto Pepperoni Pizza Roses recipe is just for you! It’s a great recipe for Valentine’s Day too!
If you are having a hard time trying to decide what food to make on Valentine’s Day, this would be perfect. It would make an excellent lunch idea!
This recipe uses the standard Fathead dough recipe with a few minor tweaks.
If I had to rank this on a scale of one to ten on the recipe difficultly schedule it would rank about a 4. The dough is the most time consuming part and it requires you to melt the cheese in the microwave. If you don’t like to use a microwave, then this makes it that much harder because you will need to melt it very slowly over the stove top.
I usually get about 9 large pepperoni pizza roses out of this recipe because I shape the dough in a rectangle shape and cut out 1 inch dough strips to make the roses. The amount of roses you get will depend on how you shape the dough, how thick the dough is, and how thick you cut the dough strips.
You should get between 7 and 10 roses depending… One rose will fill you up! It pairs perfectly served with a side of marinara sauce and a side salad too.
