Keto Peanut Butter Chaffle Recipe

We just made the best Keto Peanut Butter Chaffle Recipe! If you love peanut butter flavored anything, you will think this is fantastic!

You can make a peanut butter frosting that you can add to a cake or you can make a peanut butter glaze that can be drizzled over the sweet chaffles.

Chaffles have a base ingredient of cheese. This is why they call them chaffles instead of waffles. Part of the base ingredients for our sweet chaffles is cream cheese! it’s a lighter and more creamy base than just plain cheese. It’s a bit easier on the digestive tract too. We love making sweet chaffles with cream cheese! We’ve been using cream cheese in a ton of our recipes. Remember our Keto Fluffy Waffles recipe? That also has a base of eggs and cream cheese. There’s so much you can do with those two ingredients!

If you enjoy chaffles as much as I do, I invite you to join our Keto Chaffle Recipes Facebook group here:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/chaffles

Keto Peanut Butter Chaffle Cake Recipe Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whip up the egg.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until the batter is smooth and creamy.
  3. If you don’t have the peanut butter extract, you can skip it.  It does add a more intense peanut butter flavor that is absolutely wonderful and makes this extract worth investing in.
  4. Pour half the batter in a mini waffle maker and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
  5. In a separate small bowl, add the sweetener, cream cheese, sugar free natural peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix the frosting until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Spread the frosting on the waffle cake after it has completely cooled down to room temperature.
  7. Or you can pipe the frosting too!
  8. Or you can heat the frosting and add a 1/2 teaspoon of water to make it a peanut butter glaze you can drizzle on your peanut butter chaffle too!  We like it either way!

  1. OMG, Just made these and the are absolutely delicious! I used powdered chocolate flavored peanut butter for the icing and it was very tasty. Definitely will be making this again.

A great substitute if you are missing peanut butter on toasted bread. (I chaffle bake it with coconut oil spray & a tsp of shredded mozzarella on top & bottom of batter before closing the iron because I like it crunchy like toast). The glaze was the perfect topping to drizzle (I used half hot water & half torani sugar free caramel syrup) I Pinned, Printed & saved this one. YUM!
