I’m a total sucker for a delicious keto dessert. I never used to like coconut, but now I could eat keto coconut macaroons all day! Macaroons are so yummy and they make me think of my childhood. Now that I have changed my ketogenic diet to keto, macaroons are the perfect keto dessert recipe.
This keto coconut macaroon recipe is so easy to make and only takes about 30 minutes! This keto dessert recipe is super easy to make, keto-approved, and will likely become one of your favorites. It is also amazing because it can be made in advance and stored to enjoy later or share with your friends and family too!

Keto Coconut Macaroons Recipe Ingredients
Coconut Macaroons:
- 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup keto approved agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Chocolate Glazé:
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup sugar free maple syrup or keto approved agave nectar
Keto Coconut Macaroons Recipe Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
- Set all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Using your hands, form 12-14 balls and set them on the baking sheet, pressing on the top for a macaroon shape.
- Bake the macaroons for 15 minutes or until they turn a little brown on top. When hot they may brake so let them cool before transferring them.
- For the chocolate glazé, whisk the melted coconut oil with the cacao powder and the maple syrup until combined. Then using a spoon or a small jar spread it on the top of the macaroons. Let it cool for 20 minutes. The macaroons are ready to eat.
- You can keep them in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
