Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts Recipe Ingredients
- 5 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream (unsweetened)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated monkfruit sweetener
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon Psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Coating Recipe Ingredients
- 3 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated monkfruit sweetener
Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter and monkfruit. Mix with a mixer on high speed until the butter and sugar come together.
- Next, add the heavy cream and 2 eggs. Mix until they are fully combined.
- In a separate medium-size bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix until they are fully combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool.
- In a small bowl add the monkfruit and cinnamon. Mixx well.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for about 20 seconds until it’s fully melted.
- Brush each donut with the melted butter and dip it in the cinnamon mixture.
