Variations to Jalapeno Popper Dip
The key to any great-tasting recipe is the ability to change it to suit your tastes. For this dip you can try:
- Add ground beef or chicken: This recipe can be changed up to be a more filling dip. Add cooked ground chicken or ground beef.
- Like less heat: Remove the seeds and the ribs of the jalapenos. This is where most of the heat is stored. By using the skin and flesh of the pepper, you get the flavor with much less heat.
- Want more heat: Besides leaving the seeds and ribs, you can add additional peppers or even a dash of hot sauce.
Can Keto-Friendly Jalapeno Popper Dip be Made Ahead
Yes. Like most dip recipes, the longer the ingredients have to meld together, the better the taste. While you can absolutely make it, bake it and eat it right away, you can also make it, and let it sit until the next day to bake it.
How to Reheat this Dip
You can reheat this dip by placing the entire dip into the oven and heating it through. It will take about 15 minutes. If you only want to reheat a small portion of it, you can also heat it in the microwave.
