Baked Hot Onion Dip Recipe Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used a blend of Parmesan, Asiago, Romano, Mozzarella, and Swiss)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- Garnish with parsley or chives
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for some heat
Baked Hot Onion Dip Recipe Instructions
- In a medium frying pan, saute the onions in 1 tablespoon of butter.
- In a medium bowl, add the sauteed onions, cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, tabasco sauce, and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Mix all the ingredients until it’s fully combined.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with celery, sliced green, red, yellow, or orange bell peppers, keto chips, or pork rinds!
