Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip Recipe Ingredients
- 10.8 ounces frozen broccoli, steamed
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 4 strips bacon, precooked and chopped
Serve with fresh celery sticks and sweet peppers or these amazing lazy low carb cheese chips.
Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip Recipe Instructions
- Steam the broccoli in the microwave and drain.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine the pre-steamed broccoli, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, add the mixture and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- Top with crispy bacon bits and serve warm.
