Easy Chicken Parmesan Chaffle Recipe

How about a super Easy Chicken Parmesan Chaffle Recipe for a weeknight meal idea!  I really, really like the chaffles that are made with a protein base.  They are super filling and taste absolutely sinful but without the guilt!  I will say though, that I don’t care for these made with a regular waffle maker.

The chicken part tends to be too thick.  I much prefer them made in a mini waffle maker because they are thin and crispy on the outside.  It adds a whole new level of chaffle when you top it with red sauce, seasonings, and a slice of provolone cheese!  Oh, my word, it’s delicious!

Here’s another tip for this recipe.  After you cook your easy chicken parmesan chaffle, be sure to add it to a toaster oven to bake, air fryer, or Ninja Foodi to crisp it up!  It melts the cheese on top and makes this recipe extra special.  It’s totally worth the effort.  You can even pop it in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and a tad bubbly too!  Totally worth it!

In fact, make a huge batch ahead of time and pop them in the oven to warm them up on one of those super busy weeknights where you have no time to cook.  You will be the dinner time hero!  These chaffles last about 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
