The only ingredient you might not be able to find at the store is the Oat Fiber. Don’t confuse this with regular oats. This is a fiber and totally keto-friendly. This is the secret ingredient that makes it taste like real bread!
Bacon Cheddar Bay Biscuits Chaffle Recipe Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Oat Fiber
- 3 strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Bacon Grease, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Kerrygold Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon Swerve Confectioners
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Parsley, dried
- 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
Bacon Cheddar Bay Biscuits Chaffle Recipe Instructions
- Preheat mini waffle maker.
- Mix almond flour, oat fiber, baking powder, baking soda, onion powder and garlic salt to a bowl and mix using a whisk.
- In another bowl, add the eggs, bacon, sour cream, parsley, bacon grease, melted butter, and cheese. Mix until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix.
- Scoop 2-3 T of the mix into hot waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes.
