Instructions
Preheat mini waffle maker.
Mix almond flour, oat fiber, baking powder, baking soda, onion powder and garlic salt to a bowl and mix using a whisk.
In another bowl, add the eggs, bacon, sour cream, parsley, bacon grease, melted butter and cheese. Mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix.
Scoop 2-3 T of the mix into hot waffle iron and cook for 5-6 minutes.
