Low Carb Jerk Chicken Recipe Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 pound of drumsticks and thighs
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp of ginger minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar-free jerk seasoning
- 1/2 cup of coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 lime juiced
- green onions for garnish
Low Carb Jerk Chicken Recipe Instructions
- In a large bowl add in chicken, seasonings, garlic, and ginger, mix well.
- Press saute mode for 10 minutes on more on the Instant Pot, add in oil. Once oil is warm, add in chicken and brown both sides.
- Once the chicken has been browned, add in the remaining ingredients (except for the green onions).
- Cover with the lid, set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 16 minutes. Allow for a natural release.
