Low Carb Sausage Balls Recipe Ingredients
- 1 pound sage sausage browned and drained
- 1 egg whisked
- 1/3 cup of coconut flour
- 2/3 cup of almond flour
- 8 oz of cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter melted and cooled
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- parsley for garnish
Low Carb Sausage Balls Recipe Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Roll sausage mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Add to a well-greased pan and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a light golden color.

Let’s be honest, you are going to have leftovers because you’re going to make extras so that you can have leftovers. To store these, you’ll want to put them in an airtight container and put in the fridge. You can’t just put them in the fridge because they will go bad. Make sure you store these sausage balls right! These Sausage Balls will last 2-3 days in the fridge. You can also freeze them!
