Keto Jalapeno Popper Cheese Ball Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs bacon (1 cup for the cheeseball and the remainder for the outside of the football)
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, pickled and diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 slice Mozzarella or white cheddar cheese for the football
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup scallions
Keto Jalapeno Popper Cheese Ball Recipe Instructions
- Cook bacon, chop into pcs.
- Reserve all but one cup of the cooked bacon pcs.
- In a medium bowl, combine cooked bacon pcs, jalapenos, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, cream cheese, cheddar cheeses, garlic, and scallions until well combined.
- Shape into a football as seen in the photo.
- Cover the outside with the remaining bacon pcs.
- Add mozzarella cheese in the form of football laces.
- Refrigerate until hardened.
- Serve with celery sticks.
