1 1/4lbsbacon1 cup for the cheeseball and the remainder for the outside of the football
1/2cupjalapenospickled and diced
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4tspcayenne
16ozcream cheese
1/2cupwhite cheddar cheese
1/2cupcheddar cheese
1sliceMozzarella or white cheddar cheese for the football
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/4cupscallions
Instructions
Cook bacon, chop into pcs.
Reserve all but one cup of the cooked bacon pcs.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked bacon pcs, jalapenos, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, cream cheese, cheddar cheeses, garlic, and scallions until well combined.
Shape into a football as seen in the photo.
Cover the outside with the remaining bacon pcs.
Add mozzarella cheese in the form of football laces.
Refrigerate until hardened.
Serve with celery sticks.
