Sugar Free Keto Cranberry Sauce Recipe Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen or fresh cranberries (12 ounces)
- 5 drops of orange essential oil
- 1 cup Pyure sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup water (add more water for a thinner sauce consistency)
Pressure Cooker Instructions:
- Combine cranberries, swerve, water, cinnamon, vanilla, orange oil and salt in a pressure cooker. Select high pressure and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- Use the natural release method for about 15 minutes. Then release the rest of the pressure.
- Optional: Blend with an immersion blender for a smooth consistency.
- The sauce will thicken as it cools.
Stove Top Instructions:
- Combine the Combine cranberries, swerve, water, cinnamon, vanilla, orange oil and salt in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Cook the ingredients over medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes.
- Allow the sauce to cool for about five minutes. This sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Optional: Blend with an immersion blender for a smooth consistency.
Serve this cranberry sauce warm or cold.
If you want to use Swerve sweetener in this recipe adjust the amount of sweetener to 1 1/2 cups of Swerve.
Feel free to double this recipe as it is scalable.
This cranberry sauce can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 to 14 days. It will also keep in the freezer for 1 to 2 months.

Wow!!! I just made this to bring to Thanksgiving dinner at my mother in law’s home on Thursday. I’ve been having all my family try little tastes and they are all amazed that it’s sugar free and tastes so yummy. I used Erythritol 1 and 1/2 cups since I didn’t have Pyure.
