- 1 – 8 ounce bag of Great Low Carb Bread Company Pasta Noodles, Rotini noodles
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 small avocado, diced
- 1 packages bacon, precooked and crumbled
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Homemade Ranch dressing seasoning Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Dukes Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or more to desired consistency)
Tip: You can use a ranch seasoning packet but it’s not strict keto but it is easier and faster.

- Make the homemade keto Ranch salad dressing first by combining the dried seasonings, Worchestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar with the Dukes mayo and sour cream in a small container. Mix well until fully combined. Feel free to add a small amount of water or more heavy cream to reach the consistency you prefer. Set in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
- Prep all the vegetables ahead of time and set them aside.
- Boil the low carb pasta as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil over the noodles so they don’t stick together. Allow the noodles too cool.
- Combine all the ingredients and serve cold.
