Keto Wookie Cookie Recipe Ingredients

Makes 12 mini wookies

 

Keto Wookie Cookie Recipe Instructions:

Get the printable recipe card at the very bottom of this post.

  1. In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients and whip until fully combined and fluffy.
  2. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Allow the batter to set for about 5 minutes while you heat up the mini waffle maker.  This allows the coconut flour to absorb the liquids properly.
  4. Use a small scoop (melon or cookie scoop) to place 3 small scoops on the mini waffle maker.
  5. Cook them for a minimum of 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. You can spread the cookies with sugar free jelly or sprinkle with powdered Swerve keto sweetener too!

Or you can frost them with this Keto cream cheese frosting recipe too!

    1. I have not found a replacement for the oat fiber. Sorry.
