Keto Chocolate Waffle Cake Recipe
I just perfected a Keto chocolate Waffle Cake Recipe!! It’s not exactly a chaffle because it doesn’t have cheese but it’s absolutely lovely!! It’s easy to make and it’s a small individual size!

We’ve also made our famous full-size red velvet cake in this post: How to Make a Sugar Free Red Velvet Cake (that recipe is famous!)
I have a huge love for anything chocolate flavored. You can add extra sugar free chocolate chips and make this a double chocolate Keto Chocolate Waffle Cake too! That would be chocolate heaven! Here’s a recipe to make your own Homemade Sugar Free Chocolate Chips too!
This recipe is perfect for someone doing the keto diet because it’s a super small, low carb, an individual cake that tastes amazing!!! We added a cream cheese frosting on this recipe but you can also use a buttercream frosting too. Either one would taste amazing.

I believe I have found my next personalized birthday cake recipe! Thank you for sharing your recipe. The photos are delicious!
I’m going to make this right now!
Loved this. It really helped the chocolate cravings.
Is there no coconut or almond flour in this one? Just an egg, coco and whip cream?
I found the batter runny and my chaffle was very thin…so I think some coconut flour or almond flour would be nice, like in a regular chaffle. fluffier. other than that yummy👍😊
Super easy and fills mini Chaffle maker twice very full! Husband said it wasn’t bad at all! Would love to leave a picture but not sure how!
I’m gonna give this a try, BUT with modification of adding some almond flour and I’m going to make a whipped cream icing and top it with raspberries. I guess it’s more of a recipe base, really….
Okay, having JUST made this cake (I’m eating it now) BUT with whipped cream icing and raspberries vs the cream cheese icing, I can say that the cake is exceptional (I added maybe 1/2 tbl almond flour just for my own peace of mind), but you almost NEED cream cheese icing to carry off the oh, so chocolate-y flavor of the cake. I’m not complaining.
