  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage.
  2. While the meat is cooking place all other ingredients into your crockpot.
  3. Once meat is brown, drain and place into the crock-pot, giving a big stir to combine.
  4. Cook on high for two and a half hours.
  5. Add a serving to a bowl, top with sour cream, cheese and enjoy!

Notes

This chili is pretty thick without much liquid. If you want a runnier soup, add a cup of water or beef broth. If you want a much thicker chili, add about 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum and stir, allow it to sit for 30 minutes on low before enjoying.
