Putting something in your mouth is satisfying, but it can also be dangerous. Sometimes we don’t stop to think about what we’re eating. If you are wanting to stuff something in your mouth, stuff veggies instead of crackers. You can make a cup of carrots taste delicious by adding your favorite spices. Eat nuts instead of potato chips
While nuts shouldn’t be overdone on the Keto diet, they’re a way better choice than potato chips. In fact, potato chips can have up to 120 grams of carbs per 8 ounces. While 8 ounces of nuts only have 14 grams of carbs. You can get that crunchy saltiness from nuts, instead of potato chips.
Use zucchini instead of pasta
Do you know one food that can really add up the carbs for your body? PASTA! While we can all agree that pasta is delicious, it can also derail you very quickly. Try using zucchini instead of pasta. You can add zucchini to lasagna dishes, minus the pasta! Try it, you may just fall in love. You can also spiral zucchini in noodle form to replace all the pasta in your life. Get yourself a zucchini spiralizer to help speed up the “cooking process.”

You can make pizza crust, fotatoes, and so on. Plus cauliflower is an excellent low carb veggie that helps you get your nutrients in.
