- 2-4 chicken breasts
- garlic powder
- herb seasoning
- onion powder
- thyme
- celery seed
- cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 1/2 carton chicken broth
How to Make Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
- Cook chicken in water with some garlic and herb seasoning, onion powder, thyme, celery seed, cumin.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the broth and cut up two blocks of cream cheese and put in broth so it melts.
- While the chicken is removed, cut it up into pieces and add it back to the broth mixture.
- Next, add the broccoli and allow the sauce, chicken and broccoli to simmer for at least 15 minutes.
- Once done, remove from heat and serve!
