Banana Pudding Chaffle Cake Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, powdered sweetener and egg yolk in a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk constantly until the sweetener dissolves and mixture thickens.
  3. Simmer 1 minute.
  4. Add the xanthan gum and whisk.
  5. Remove from heat and add a pinch of salt and the banana extract and stir well.
  6. Transfer to a glass dish and cover surface of the pudding with plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate.
  8. Mix all ingredients together.
  9. Cook in preheated mini waffle maker.
