large egg yolk

heavy whipping cream

powdered sweetener

xanthan gum

banana extract
Banana Chaffle Ingredients
1
oz
cream cheese
softened
1/4
cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
1
egg
beaten
1
tsp
banana extract
2
T
sweetener
1
tsp
baking powder
4
T
almond flour
Instructions
Combine the heavy cream, powdered sweetener and egg yolk in a small saucepan. Whisk constantly until the sweetener dissolves and mixture thickens.
Simmer 1 minute. Add the xanthan gum and whisk.
Remove from heat and add a pinch of salt and the banana extract and stir well.
Transfer to a glass dish and cover surface of the pudding with plastic wrap. Refrigerate.
Mix all ingredients together. Cook in preheated mini waffle maker.
