Keto Vegetable Christmas Tree Ingredients
- 3 cups cream cheese, softened and room temp
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Decoration Ingredients
- 1 Red and yellow bell pepper or cherry tomatoes
- 1 Bunch of fresh parsley
- Sliced almonds
- Sliced cheddar cheese
Dipping Options
- Sliced celery
- Carrot sticks
Keto Vegetable Christmas Tree Instructions
- Stir together cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Add the chives, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape into tree shape and wrap with plastic wrap to refrigerate for about 4 hours or until firm.
- Decorate the tree with bell peppers or small tomatoes as ornaments.
- Use fresh parsley as the tree leaves and sliced almonds.
- For ornaments, I used red and yellow pepper, and used a straw to get perfectly round cut outs easily and quickly.
- Cut out a thick slice of cheddar cheese for the star at the top of the tree too.
- Add a side of celery and carrot sticks for serving.
