Chocolate Chip Chaffle Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Golden Monkfruit sweetener
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla Extract
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, sugar-free
Cannoli Topping ingredients:
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons confectioners sweetener, Low Carb
- 6 tablespoons ricotta, full fat
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 drops lemon extract
Chocolate Chip Cannoli Chaffle Recipe Instructions
- Preheat the mini waffle maker.
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the chaffle ingredients.
- Place half of the ingredients in the mini waffle maker.
- Cook the chaffle for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- While the chaffle is cooking start making the Cannoli topping.
- Add all of the ingredients for the Cannoli topping in a blender and blend everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.
The filling makes 4 servings. 1.8 net carbs/serving
