Chocolate Chip Cannoli Chaffle Recipe

OMGosh, you have got to try this Chocolate Chip Cannoli Chaffle Recipe!  It’s a super-easy way to get cannoli flavor without having to do all the work!

Chocolate Chip Cannoli Chaffle Recipe  Ingredients:

Cannoli Topping ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners sweetener, Low Carb
  • 6 tablespoons ricotta, full fat
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 drops lemon extract

Chocolate Chip Cannoli Chaffle Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat the mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all of the chaffle ingredients.
  3. Place half of the ingredients in the mini waffle maker.
  4. Cook the chaffle for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. While the chaffle is cooking start making the Cannoli topping.
  6. Add all of the ingredients for the Cannoli topping in a blender and blend everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.

The filling makes 4 servings. 1.8 net carbs/serving
Cookie is 6.5 net carbs/cookie Chaffle.
