Cannoli Topping ingredients:

oz
Cream Cheese

Confectioners Sweetener
Low Carb

Ricotta
full fat

Vanilla Extract

drops Lemon Extract
Instructions
Preheat the mini waffle maker.
In a small bowl, mix together all of the chaffle ingredients.
Place half of the ingredients in the mini waffle maker.
Cook the chaffle for about 3 to 4 minutes.
While the chaffle is cooking start making the Cannoli topping.
Add all of the ingredients for the Cannoli topping in a blender and blend everything together until it's smooth and creamy.

The filling makes 4 servings. 1.8 net carbs/serving
