  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon swerve (may want to add more, depending on your sweetness level)
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped

  1. In a large bowl, mix heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extra and sweetener until combined with a hand mixer.
  2. Fold in strawberries.
  3. Place in a loaf pan and cover with saran wrap.
  4. Freeze overnight and enjoy!

This is a mousse as well, if you don’t freeze and can be enjoyed right away!
