Since the beginning of my Keto journey, I knew I wanted to explore all kinds of low carb sweets. When you remove sugar and carbs from your lifestyle, most people are going to want a good replacement.
Even though I’ve loved to bake for years, I really wasn’t ever that big on consuming a lot of sweets. Bread has always been my weakness. The further I get into this Keto way of life, I have definitely developed a craving for satisfying those taste buds once in a while.
My eight year old has followed along my path and thoroughly gets excited to see my creations. She is always excited to taste test anything I make, voicing her best and most honest opinion. When she approves, I know I’m on to something good.
What kid doesn’t like a gooey, chocolate and marshmallow Smore?! Even if you are the only one in your house following a low carb diet, these can really hit that sweet spot for everyone.

Keto Smores Fat Bomb Recipe

Makes: 12 servings
Keto Smores Fat Bomb Recipe Ingredients
1/2 c. (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, melted
1 c. Powdered Almond Butter
1/2 c. Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener by Lakanto
1/2 c. Almond Milk, Vanilla Or Other Flavors, Unsweetened
4 tbs Maple Flavored Syrup By Lakanto
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
1 recipe- Keto Marshmallow Creme Fluff Recipe
1/2 c. (84g) Dark Chocolate Chips by Lily’s (or make your own sugar free chocolate chips)
1/4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 tsp Pink Salt
Keto Smores Fat Bomb Recipe Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl- add melted butter, almond butter powder and sweetener.
- With a hand mixer, blend until creamy and smooth.
- Add almond milk, syrup and salt, blend until well incorporated.
- Scoop this evenly until muffin cups or pan.
- Spread marshmallow creme over top. Place in fridge while melting chocolate.
- Heat the heavy whipping cream in the microwave until hot.
- Pour over the chocolate chips in a heat safe bowl.
- Stir the cream and chips until melted and smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate over top of the marshmallow layer.
- Freeze bars for about 20 mins or until set.
- Store in freezer or fridge.
Notes
I really like testing sweets with this Almond Butter Powder, I originally found it at Walmart stores.
I used melted butter with the almond butter powder (lower NC), but you could use no sugar added almond butter and recalculate the macros.
These were made in 12 regular size muffin cups, but you can double the amount in mini muffin cups.
