Keto Hamburger Buns Recipe Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, room temp
- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Keto Hamburger Buns Recipe Instructions
- In a large bowl, place mozzarella & cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until melted.
- Add in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Stir to combine.
- Form dough into 4 round balls and then split in half.
- Roll out 8 balls and shape into a hamburger bun.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
TIP: These will then out a little and will expand as they are baking up. If the bun is too large for your hamburger patty, use a large biscuit cutter to cut to size one the buns have baked up and cooled for a perfect sized hamburger!

Really tasty. Not as dense as others I have made, which is a good thing. Super easy to make. My only criticism would be that these are super small. I will make 6 next time. But, I will definitely make these again.
