Keto Cinnamon Scones Recipe Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons monk fruit confectioners blend
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cinnamon Glaze Topping Ingredients
- 1/4 cup monk fruit confectioners blend
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Keto Cinnamon Scones Recipe Instructions
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Press dough into a flat circle and cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Place the triangle pieces of dough into a skillet leaving room in-between.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cinnamon Glaze Topping Instructions
- Mix in a bowl until creamy and drizzle on warm scones.
