If you are as obsessed with the Chaffle craze like we are, you HAVE to give this one a go! Buttery garlic chaffles replace the biscuit here, and are OH SO satisfying with the delicious and thick gravy over top of it. UH-MAZE-ING.
Don’t get me wrong, the biscuits in the link below, are definitely fantastic as well. I’ve made them for my family, who all have enjoyed them over and over again. BUT, right now it is all about CRAZY CHAFFLES! Every which way, kind and flavor. My kid even keeps begging me for more!!
Biscuits And Gravy Chaffle Recipe
Makes: 4 servings
Biscuits And Gravy Chaffle Recipe Ingredients
- 2 tbs Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 tbs Garlic, minced
- 10 drops Cornbread Extract (optional)
- 1/2 tbs Lakanto Confectioners (optional)
- 1 tbs Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Granulated Onion
- 1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 batch Keto Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy Recipe
Biscuits And Gravy Chaffle Recipe Instructions
- Preheat Mini Waffle Maker.
- Melt the butter, let cool.
- Whisk in the eggs, then fold in the shredded cheese.
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Scoop 1/4 of batter onto waffle maker and cook 4 minutes.
- Remove and let cool on wire rack.
- Repeat for remaining 3 chaffles.
- Make the Sausage Gravy Recipe per instructions.
