- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 – 28 ounce can fire-roasted tomatoes (crushed or diced)
- 1 – 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons monk fruit confectioners blend sweetener
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil

- Add the olive oil and garlic to a heated pan and cook just until the garlic becomes soft.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until all is fully combined.
