Keto Cinnamon French Toast Recipe Ingredients
- 8 large egg whites or 1 cup of egg whites
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, room temp
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs sparkling mineral water
- 1 cup almond flour
Cinnamon French Toast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Keto Cinnamon French Toast Recipe Instructions
- Cut 4 slices of bread.
- In a small bowl combine the eggs and mix them until frothy.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix it until it’s well combined.
- Set aside.
- In a medium-size frying pan, add 1 tsp olive oil and set to medium heat.
- Once the oil has heated in the frying pan, dip the first slice of bread into the egg mixture on both sides.
- Place it in the frying pan and cook it for about 2 minutes on each side or until it’s golden brown.
- Repeat this process for each slice of bread.
- Top this with your favorite sugar-free syrup!
