Keto Almond Maple Pecan Fat Bombs Recipe

When you need a little bite of something salty and not too sweet, this Keto Almond Maple Pecan Fat Bombs Recipe can satisfy that craving! Keep them in the fridge or freezer for a quick snack.

I had just finished creating the Easy Keto Maple Butter Recipe, so it only made sense to add it into a fat bomb. This was money right here! After working on so many different pumpkin creations, something buttery and salty was in order.

Don’t get me wrong, pumpkin spice is my favorite in all things during the fall baking season. That won’t ever change and I will continue to come up with more delightful goodies using it. Drinking my Keto Pumpkin Spiced Eggnog, experimenting with breads and cookies.. How can you go wrong this time of year?!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… My history of baking wasn’t so good when I was younger. Proving why nuts were a no-go in sweets. Never liked them before, but that has all changed for some reason. Except walnuts. Most any other kind now, I really enjoy in sweets and desserts.

This recipe, in particular, is REALLY good with pecans. I’m tempted to sub in other kinds in the near future, as well. Oh, and note that my version uses a powdered almond butter, but you can use regular almond butter or any nut butter you choose.

These fat bombs are so fatty and creamy, any way you decide to go with them will be good. They aren’t overly sweet, so add more to your liking. I didn’t feel like it needed any more, being almost more of a savory treat. Also, this made 24 mini cupcake bites, but you could easily scoop them into 12 regular muffin size.

  1. Could you use Keto maple syrup instead of the maple flavoring?
