  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Melt the coconut butter in a separate cup or bowl.
  4. Add the rest of ingredients and coconut butter, mix well.
  5. Pour 1/4 c. Batter into each well of the pan.
  6. Bake for 20 mins. Let cool slightly before removing from pan.

You can omit the coconut butter and replace it with the same amount of cream cheese. I do feel as though the coconut butter gives it a delicious richness but cream cheese also tastes great too.

    My family eats a lot of burgers, and this recipe did not disappoint. The burgers were moist, tasty, and I will make them again. I did not add the bread crumbs but did use onions which upped the tasty-ness factor.
