Product Downloads

You will not receive a physical product for any of our printables, e-products, and ebooks via download.  Once purchased, the download will be immediately delivered to you at the email address provided at checkout.

All orders are typically processed immediately but there may be delay. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at shop@lowcarbinspirations.com.

While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. 

If you purchase our PDF instant download products, we highly recommend printing at home on card stock or using your local office supply store to print and have spiral-bound. 

Print Versions Available

We also offer printed versions for most of our product downloads on Amazon. If you are interested in a printed version of our digital products, you can view our all of our printed products through the button below.

Please note: The print versions available through Amazon are not printed on card stock and/or spiral bound. If you are interested in having them spiral-bound, your local office supply store should be able to do this.  

Physical Products

We offer various physical products in our shop. These products are typically shipped to the address on file within one week.

Courses

We offer three video course (Keto Starter Guide Course, Weight Loss Stall Challenge, and Weight Loss for Life: A Self Paced 30-Day Workshop) to help you live a healthy lifestyle . Each of these courses are an online course and you will not receive a physical product.
