Vegetable of choice or keto friendly noodles
Instructions
Dice the onion.
In a large frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and saute the onion.
Add the ground beef and mix and browned.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings. Mix and cook until the cream cheese and fully softened and incorporated into the meat mixture.
Add the bone broth, mushrooms and shredded cheese.
Stir and continue cooking until the mushrooms are soft and the sauce has thickened.
Serve over steam vegetables or keto friendly noodles.
