Homemade Creamy Sugar Free Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
This homemade peanut butter is sugar free, low carb, and delicious!!!
Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 3 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp liquid sweetener optional
Instructions
- This recipe is very simple. Add three cups of roasted and unsalted peanuts to a food processor. Process the peanuts until creamy butter. It will take around ten minutes and will be noisy at the beginning because peanuts will go from a flour consistency to a dough consistency. Finally, peanuts will release their natural oil to form a creamy butter.
- Store this homemade peanut butter in your pantry in a jar with a lid for up to one month. After that time, check it as it can last up to three months in dry and cold places, but that may differ from one house to another.

Tips
I enjoy my peanut butter slightly salty and without sweeteners, but that’s up to you. You could also add some minced peanuts to make crunchy butter.
Recipe Notes
After the right amount of processing time, this peanut butter gets super creamy. It’s very convenient as it only takes ten minutes to have additive-free peanut butter, with no differences in comparison to the store-bough product.
