Instructions
Cook bacon until fully done.
Feed the bacon onto a bamboo cocktail pick and set aside.
Slice zucchini long ways into thin strips.
Spread chive or jalapeno cream cheese on zucchini strips and roll-up.
Add 2-3 zucchini roll-ups to a bamboo cocktail picks and set aside.
Cut the tomato into wedges and slice cucumbers.
Add various veggies, mozzarella pearls, olives, banana peppers, and pickles to bamboo cocktail picks, then set aside.
Make Sugar Free Blueberry Jam and put it in a small bowl.
Cut a wedge from the brie cheese and place it into the center of the bamboo cutting board.
Add raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries into a small bowl and place on the edge of the bamboo cutting board.
Add pecans and pistachios into separate bowls and place them on opposite edges of the cutting board.
Layer veggies, fruits, meat, and cheese on the board as they fit.
Next, layer the loaded bamboo cocktail picks onto the board as well.
Serve and enjoy with your guests!
